All donations are made voluntarily. All donations will reach their recipients and are non-refundable unless the following reason is met:
- If the donor donated by mistake, or the donation was made in an incorrect amount, or it was not for the association or charitable entity that the donor intended.
In the previous case, please submit a written request to the association within a period not exceeding one week from the date of the donation in which the donor explains the reason for requesting a refund and proves that there was an error in the donation process.
- The Association is studying whether or not to return the refund amounts after verifying the identity of the donor. The return will be made in the appropriate manner (on the same payment method from which the payment was made) and according to what the Association deems appropriate, and within a period of thirty days from the date of providing the data requested by the Association, less any Expenses or fees deducted from the amount during the donation process, or necessary for the return process.
Note : The association has the full right to refuse to return the money to the donor if it becomes clear that there is fraud and bad faith on the part of the donor or that the donation was made on behalf of another party.
